Experience leading offshore teams
Candidate is responsible for executing the cases specific to business process flows individually.
Experience with the business processes in Workday Recruitment
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
Keen attention to detail.
Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.
Support clients with the execution of test scripts.
Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis
Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft or SAP Success factor can be considered
